NAOAKI MASHITA

Naoaki Mashita holds a graduate degree from Keio University. In 1998, while still a student, he founded the predecessor of V-cube and transformed the company from a web solutions provider into a video communications business. He led the company through listings on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Mothers market in 2013, the First Section in 2015, and NASDAQ in 2025, while driving new business development, international expansion, and M&A across Japan, Singapore, and the United States.

He founded SENSYN ROBOTICS and co-founded Charge+, Singapore’s leading EV charging provider. He has served as an Outside Director of MICIN, HOMMA, Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank, and Ushio Inc. He is also a former Vice Chair of the Japan Association of Corporate Executives (Keizai Doyukai), a member of the Japanese government's Regulatory Reform Promotion Council, and Co-Chair of the Silicon Valley Japan Platform (SVJP), contributing to regulatory reform and U.S.–Japan collaboration.

Leveraging his expertise in business management, digital transformation, regulatory affairs, and Japan’s enterprise networks, he established Volt Global Pte. Ltd. in Singapore in July 2026.
